Stop employees from clicking on phishing emails

Remove the threat without blocking or quarantine

A world without phishing

What is AnglerPhish?

Email security is broken

Despite the availability of email security solutions, security awareness training and phishing simulations, new and sophisticated phishing emails continue to be delivered into the inboxes of business users who then provide access to attackers by clicking links or opening attachments in emails. Admins are being buried in quarantine and filtering hell.

Default security doesnt work

Phishing and scam emails are becoming more sophisticated, and zero-day threats are outpacing rule-based solutions.

Microsoft and Google's default security and advanced threat protection miss even obvious phishing and scam emails, and they do not help users make better security decisions through user education of phishing and scam indicators.

A new approach

The AnglerPhish platform doesn't block or quarantine emails. We nullify the threat posed by them. That means no more upset employees or executives and less time tuning filtering rules and releasing emails.

Every email is an opportunity to educate your users. We send simulated phishing emails to your employees and track how well they identify the phishing indicators, giving them instant feedback and a learning experience. Employees that want to learn more about an indicator can click through to more in-depth training.

How it works

The platform uses AI techniques, URL and file sandboxing, and a heuristics model to analyze user email in real-time to detect and prevent business email compromise (BEC), spear phishing, scams, and ransomware threats.

Suspicious emails are tagged with indicators. The indicators are included in a banner at the top of the email, so your users know why an email was flagged. The attachments and links within suspicious emails are defanged so they no longer pose a threat.

When employees receive a warning from the platform, they are asked to review and confirm indicators to release the email. Every email not flagged by the platform includes a button to report it as phishing. When users report a phishing email, they are asked to point out the indicators in the email to assist them in understanding why a particular email was flagged.

If the email was a simulation, the employee is then given feedback on how well they identified the indicators. The training and simulation events are recorded to track progress toward better security awareness and a healthy security culture.
